This summer, Colgate alumni who work in a variety of environmental fields will return to Colgate for a weekend of continuing education, professional development, and networking. Return to your alma mater — let us advance your knowledge and your career.

Morning lectures and breakout discussions, led by fellow alumni and Colgate faculty, will complement site visits with Hamilton residents and businesses. Together, you will explore the area’s sustainability practices, energy policies, and land usage and learn how Colgate’s research and community partnerships support these efforts.

Evening activities will include dinner with presentations by the Office of Sustainability and student researchers of the environmental studies department. This weekend is an opportunity to celebrate the success of Colgate and its graduates in the environmental fields while networking and reconnecting with friends from your alma mater.

Registration is $149 per person which covers:
- All meals on Friday and Saturday including networking receptions with dinner
- Colgate University "Refill not Landfill" reusable water bottle
- Alumni and faculty professional development presentations
- Round-table discussions with faculty, staff, and alumni
- Off-campus visits to Common Thread CSA local community farm, natural gas wells, and wind turbine installations led by Professor Bruce Selleck
- Additionally, attendees will have the option to offset their carbon footprint in Patagonia Sur

Accommodations:
Campus Housing is $40 per person per night and can be reserved as part of the online registration form. Linens are provided but please note that rooms share bathroom facilities with other guests. 

The Colgate Inn and Wendt University Inn are a short drive from campus and can be reserved separately from this registration. There are also a number of options for overnight accommodations in Hamilton and the surrounding areas
